Elshabrawy calls upon Sufi movements across all faiths to exert pressure to halt the legislation authorizing the execution of the Palestinian prisoners

A member of the Supreme Council of Sufi Orders, Sheikh of the Shabrawi Khalwati Order, Engineer Mohamed Abdelkhalek El-Shabrawy, affirmed that the approval by the Israeli occupation government of a law permitting the killing of Palestinian prisoners highlights the Zionist entity’s persistence in its hostility, its pursuit of spreading hatred, destroying human values, and its failure to adhere to internationally recognized conventions and norms that nations have established and worked for decades to uphold through international institutions, thereby enabling peaceful coexistence on earth.

El-Shabrawy added that the Shabrawi Khalwati Order in Egypt and around the world strongly condemns and denounces this law, which legitimizes the killing of the Palestinian people. By enacting this law, the occupation adds new numbers to its record of those whose lives it ends and whose souls it takes among the oppressed living under occupation, thus entering a new phase of systematic ethnic cleansing practiced against unarmed civilians, without distinction of belief or religion, targeting everything Palestinian—whether people or places of worship—in an attempt to erase the truth.

El-Shabrawy called on all Sufi institutions around the world, from all Abrahamic religions—Judaism, Christianity, and Islam—and all advocates of peace and love worldwide, to collectively declare their rejection of this continued Zionist recklessness and aggression, so that their voices may sincerely reflect the true essence of Sufism. He also called on governments across the world to use their political power and diplomatic tools to halt the legitimization of the Zionist killing machine, in order to avoid the resulting humanitarian chaos, reminding governments that silence in the face of the occupation’s crimes fuels the growth of hatred capable of destroying humanity.

El-Shabrawy also praised the positions of the President—supported by God and His Messenger—regarding resolving the Palestinian cause, which he has expressed clearly and openly in all international forums without equivocation. He affirmed that the actions taken by the Egyptian President have led to a cessation of the war on the Gaza Strip, as acknowledged by all countries and international institutions. This, he noted, confirms the soundness of the Egyptian vision, which should be listened to in order to do justice to the weak, uphold justice, and achieve justice. He added that the message of peace adopted by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is the true key to stopping the bloodshed, establishing coexistence, and implementing it on the ground.
